Book of experimentation with deconstructing composition. I taped fabrics and masking tape on plain pieces of paper and placed them in the Konica paper bed. From there I began scanning existing pages on top of the tampered pages to create this effect - some pages I scanned two to three times over each other. I enjoyed that most of it was out of my control. I was able to then remove specific pieces to expose scans that were underneath others, and show outlines of where fabrics were removed to create composition. Text was typeset digitally, and interwoven with lines from the Declaration of Independence and the poem Jabberwocky.
